Quality Assurance
CPR has an independent responsibility to maintain Quality Assurance (QA) and implement Quality Control (QC) in addition to the sponsor's own QA/QC responsibilities. We strive to meet the highest possible standards of QA defined by regulatory guidelines, internal standards and sponsors' SOPs. CPR implements its own internal QC program which encompasses internal audits and system audits.
Quality assurance services include:
- Facility audits, including phase I units, storage facilities, clinical and analytical laboratories
- Facility reviews for selection purposes
- In-house system audits, including SOPs
- Investigator site audits
- Pre-inspection reviews
- Audit of phase I-IV clinical trials
